I had an fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service and made sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and well-furnished. I was really surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the bathrooms which were both clean and large. The hotel also had great facilities, including working ACs and a separate shower area in the bathrooms. The location was convenient, close to buses, making it easy to explore the surrounding area of this city.

Spacious and clean room with comfy bed and decent breakfast. Located near transportation, which made accessing the Backwaters easy. Staff were welcoming and provided great service.
The hotel should consider installing a lift as it was difficult carrying my luggage up the stairs to the third floor. Water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, making it tough to have a good shower.
